Quality control

  • Check that the rivet is firmly set:

  • Pull on each side of the rivet to test that it's secure.

  • The front and back pieces should be parallel to each other, not set at an angle.

  • The rivet shouldn't be able to spin.

  • If the rivet spins, repeat the hammering process until it's fully secure.

品質管理

リベットがしっかりと取り付けられていることを確認します。

リベットの両側を引っ張って、固定されていることをテストします。

前面と背面の部品は互いに平行であり、角度が付いていてはいけません。

リベットは回転しないはずです。

リベットが回転する場合は、完全に固定されるまでハンマーで打ち付ける作業を繰り返します。
