  • Drehe die drei Torx T10 Schrauben heraus, mit denen der Ventilblock befestigt ist. Hebe den Ventilblock etwas heraus.

  • Am neuen Ventilblock sind alle Kabelbündel angeschlossen. Du brauchst nur den beiden Kabelbündeln zur Hauptplatine zu folgen und sie dort abzustecken. Löse die Bündel ab. Im dritten Bild wurden sie nicht entfernt, es geht aber leichter ohne sie.

  • Ziehe die große Klammer am Zulauf von der Pumpe heraus und ziehe den weißen Kunststoffzulauf ab. Achte auf den Dichtring im Inneren. Besorge dir einen neuen oder benutze ihn für den neuen Ventilblock.

  • Hole die kleinen Klammer an den beiden Druckschläuchen heraus und ziehe die beiden Druckschläuche ab. Achte auf die jeweils zwei Dichtringe im Inneren. Besorge dir vier neue (das ist besser) oder benutze sie für den neuen Ventilblock.

  • Schiebe den weißen Silikonschlauch ab.

  • Der Ventilblock ist frei, du kannst ihn entfernen.

Remove the three Torx T10 screws that secure the valve block. Lift the valve block out slightly.

All cable bundles are connected to the new valve block. Simply follow the two cable bundles to the main circuit board and disconnect them there. Detach the bundles. They have not been removed in the third image, but it is easier without them.

Pull out the large clamp on the inlet of the pump and remove the white plastic inlet. Pay attention to the sealing ring inside. Get a new one or use it for the new valve block.

Remove the small clips on the two pressure hoses and pull off the two pressure hoses. Pay attention to the two sealing rings inside each one. Get four new ones (this is better) or reuse them for the new valve block.

Slide off the white silicone tube.

The valve block is free, you can remove it.
