  • Light adhesive secures the four cables on the right side of the touchpad. Heating the cables will soften the adhesive, making it easier to separate.

  • Heat an iOpener and lay it on the four cables near the right of the touchpad for one minute.

  • Alternatively, you can use a hair dryer to lightly heat the cables.
