Remove the heat sink

  • Lift the heat sink off the logic board and remove it.

  • You might feel a little resistance from the thermal paste bonded to the heat sink.

Kühlkörper entfernen

Hebe den Kühlkörper von der Hauptplatine hoch und entferne ihn.

Eventuell spürst du einen kleinen Widerstand, da der Kühlkörper wegen der Wärmeleitpaste noch festklebt.
