  • Using the pliers, reattach the hoses to the new BOV, ensuring they are securely clamped. Tighten all clamps to prevent leaks.

  • Use the hose as a guide to lower the new BOV into position.

  • Lower the replacement BOV with the hose and align it with the mounting flange.

  • Tighten the mounting bolts removed earlier using a 5mm Allen wrench.

Usa las pinzas para volver a conectar las mangueras a la nueva VdE, asegurándote de que estén bien sujetas con las abrazaderas. Aprieta todas las abrazaderas para evitar fugas.

Usa la manguera como guía para bajar la nueva VdE a su posición.

Coloca la VdE de reemplazo con la manguera y alínea con la brida de montaje.

Aprieta los tornillos de montaje que quitaste anteriormente utilizando una llave Allen de 5 mm.
