Solder the LED

  • Press the iron's tip against the circuit board's LED solder pad for a few seconds to heat it, then feed the solder wire into the heated area until there's a small glob of solder on the pad.

  • Place the LED in the outline labeled LED on the board, with the white (non-green) side aligned with the "+" symbol.

  • The green markings indicate the negative (-) side.

  • Solder the LED's first end cap to the board.

  • The LED's contact pads are underneath it, so the solder joint doesn't need to cover the entire end.

LED festlöten

Drücke die Lötspitze einige Sekunden lang auf die mit LED bezeichnete Lötstelle auf der Leiterplatte, bis sie heiß ist. Halte dann den Lötdraht auf die heiße Lötstelle, bis das Lötzinn schmilzt und die Lötstelle mit einer kleinen Lötperle überzogen ist.

Platziere die LED auf den mit LED bezeichneten Umriss. Die weiße (nicht die grüne) Seite muss zum + Zeichen hin zeigen.

Die grüne Seite ist der negative Anschluss der LED.

Löte das erste Ende der LED fest.

Die Kontakte der LED befinden sich unter ihr, die Lötverbindung muss nicht das ganze Ende bedecken.
