Start a Crack

  • On the faceplate end of the battery, locate the seam between the two plastic halves. Slowly work a sharp knife between the two halves exactly as shown here.

  • The plastic tab that projects here has not been ultrasonically bonded like the rest of the case. You're using this to gain leverage on the parts that are bonded.

  • Don't let the knife slip and injure yourself. Plan your actions so that if the knife slips, it will move away from your other hand and the rest of your body.

  • You're trying to open up a gap between the two halves so that you can fit larger tools in between.

Inicia una fisura

En el extremo del panel frotal de la batería, ubica la unión entre las dos mitades de plástico. Lentamente, inserta un cuchillo afilado entre las dos mitades exactamente como se muestra aquí.

La pestaña de plástico que sobresale aquí no ha sido unida por ultrasonidos como el resto de la carcasa. Estás usando esto para apalancar las partes que están unidas.

No dejes que el cuchillo se deslice y te hiera. Calcula tus moviementos para que cuando el cuchillo se deslice se mueva lejos de tu otra mano y del resto de tu cuerpo.

Estás intentando abrir un espacio entre las dos mitades para que puedas encajar herramientas más grandes en el medio.
