Heat the front camera adhesive

  • Flip the phone over so the screen is facing up.

  • Heat an iOpener and apply it to the top edge of the screen for two minutes to loosen the front camera adhesive.

  • You may alternatively use a hair dryer, heat gun, or hot plate, but be careful not to overheat the phone—the display and internal battery are susceptible to heat damage.

  • Flip the phone back over so the back of the front camera is accessible.

Kleber an der Frontkamera erwärmen

Drehe das Smartphone um, so dass das Display oben liegt.

Lege einen erwärmten iOpener zwei Minuten lang auf den oberen Displayrand, um den Kleber der Frontkamera aufzuweichen.

Du kannst auch einen Haartrockner, ein Heißluftgebläse oder eine Heizplatte benutzen. Achte aber darauf, dass das Smartphone nicht zu heiß wird, der Akku und das Display sind sehr hitzeempfindlich.
