Disconnect the speakers

Insert one arm of blunt nose tweezers under the speaker cable, as close to the connector as possible.
Grip the wires evenly and lift the cable up to disconnect the fan.
To reconnect the speakers to the motherboard, use a pair of tweezers to grip all of the wires and align the connector with the socket. Then, use the flat end of a spudger or your finger to evenly press the connector into the socket.
