Remove the screen

  • Use one hand to grip the bottom corners of the frame and lift your phone slightly off of your work surface (about 1/2 an inch or roughly 15 mm).

  • Make sure you're only gripping the frame, and not the screen and frame together. Otherwise, the screen won't be able to separate.

  • With your free hand, use a SIM eject tool (or something of similar size, like a straightened paperclip) to gently push down on the screen through the cutout in the bottom left corner of the frame—this should separate the screen, causing it to fall onto your work surface.

  • Guide the screen cable through its cutout and lift the frame off the screen.

  • Set the frame down on a clean surface so the cameras are facing up.

Verwijder het scherm

Gebruik een hand om de onderste hoeken van het frame vast te pakken en de onderkant een klein stukje van je werkoppervlak omhoog te tillen (ongeveer 1,5 cm of een halve inch).

Zorg dat je enkel het frame vasthebt, en niet het scherm én het frame. In dat laatste geval is het namelijk niet mogelijk om het scherm van het frame te scheiden.

Gebruik een sim-uitwerptool (of iets wat erop lijkt, zoals een rechtgebogen paperclip) met je vrije hand om het scherm rustig en voorzichtig naar beneden te duwen door de uitsnede in de linkerbenedenhoek van het frame. Op die manier zou het scherm los moeten komen van het frame en op je werkoppervlak moeten vallen.

Begeleid de schermkabel door de uitsnede en til het frame van het scherm af.

Leg het frame op een schoon oppervlak weg en zorg dat de camera's omhoog wijzen.
