Opening the Case

  • Use a JIS #00 screwdriver to remove all 10 screws to access the third layer and the motherboard of the 3DS.

  • Don't forget the one near the game card slot, it is silver, not black.

  • Exercise caution when opening the device. There are delicate ribbon cables at the top of the device that you risk ripping, so open slowly and gently.

  • Make sure to keep the screws, as you will need them for reassembly. Don't lose them!

Abre la carcasa

Retira los 10 tornillos para acceder a la tercera capa y a la placa madre de la 3DS. No olvides el tornillo que está cerca de la entrada de los cartuchos, es plateado, no negro.

Abre con cuidado la 3DS tirando desde la parte de abajo, así no dañarás ninguno de los cables de listón localizados en la parte de arriba.

Deja los tornillos a un lado para su posterior reconstrucción.
