  • Flip the board over.

  • Locate the joystick solder nubs on the back of the bottom of the board.

  • Using the soldering iron, heat it up to around 350-375 degrees Fahrenheit and lay the tip on the aforementioned nubs.

  • Hold it for around 5-7 seconds or until the solder nub liquefies. Repeat this for the rest of the nubs.

  • Having done this, the joystick should slide out the board. Install the replacement joystick by sliding in the joystick prongs into the slots that the old joystick sat in.

  • If the replacement joystick does not slide in properly, check the prongs to make sure they are aligned with the slots.

  • With the joystick in, solder the prongs until they are secured into place on the boards.

Capovolgi la scheda.

Individua le saldature del joystick sul retro della parte inferiore della scheda.

Utilizzando il saldatore, riscaldalo a circa 175-190 gradi Celsius e appoggia la punta sulle saldature di cui sopra.

Tieni il saldatore per circa 5-7 secondi o fino a quando la saldatura non diventa liquida. Ripeti l'operazione per le altre saldature.

Una volta fatto ciò, il joystick dovrebbe uscire facilmente dalla scheda. Installa il joystick di ricambio inserendo i perni del joystick nelle fessure in cui si trovava il joystick vecchio.

Se il joystick di ricambio non scivola correttamente, controlla i perni per assicurarti che siano allineati con le fessure.

Con il joystick inserito, salda i perni fino a fissarli saldamente sulla scheda.
