  • Lift up the display cable and peel off any remaining coating holding it to the motherboard.

  • During reassembly:

  • Inspect the head of the cable and the ZIF connectors for any remaining coating that could prevent a good connection.

  • Peel off the coating—heating the cable and the ZIF connector when the coating becomes too brittle.

  • It doesn't have to look pretty! You just need to remove enough coating to have the cable sit properly in the connector.

Hebe das Displaykabel an und ziehe die restliche Beschichtung ab, mit der es am Motherboard befestigt ist.

Achte beim Wiederzusammenbau auf folgende Punkte:

Prüfe das Kabelende und den ZIF-Stecker auf eventuelle Beschichtungsreste, die eine gute Verbindung verhindern könnten.

Ziehe die Beschichtung ab, erwärme das Kabel und den ZIF-Stecker, wenn die Beschichtung zu spröde wird.

Es muss nicht schön aussehen! Du musst nur so viel Beschichtung entfernen, dass das Kabel richtig in seinem Stecker sitzt.
