Unlock the display ZIF connector

  • There are surface-mounted components next to the display ZIF connector. Follow the instructions carefully to avoid dislodging them.

  • Insert the flat end of a spudger under the right side of the ZIF connector's black locking tab.

  • Lift up the locking tab with the spudger to unlock it.

  • The locking tab should be nearly vertical when unlocked. If not, gently push the tab forward to compress the gel and completely unlock the tab.

Déverrouiller le connecteur ZIF de l'écran liseuse Kobo Clara

Des composants montés en surface entourent le connecteur ZIF de l'écran. Suivez attentivement les instructions pour éviter de les arracher.

Insérez l'extrémité plate d'une spatule sous le côté droit du clapet de verrouillage noir du connecteur ZIF.

Soulevez le clapet de verrouillage avec la spatule pour le déverrouiller.

Le clapet de verrouillage doit être presque à la verticale lorsqu'il est ouvert. Si ce n'est pas le cas, poussez-le délicatement vers l'avant pour comprimer le gel et ouvrir complètement le clapet.
