Disconnect cables on the visible side

Peel off black (and one white) sticky patches that cover connectors.
-
Remember which patch goes to which spot.
-
Pull off the white ribbon cable (yellow marker)
-
Unlock and disconnect orange cables.
-
Unsolder the speaker.
