Remove the battery

  • The battery is secured to the top shell with mild adhesive. Heating the adhesive will soften it and make it easier to separate.

  • Use an iOpener or hair dryer to heat the battery.

  • If you're using a hair dryer, remember to have it on the Low setting and only apply heat a few seconds at a time.

Verwijder de batterij

De batterij is met een milde lijm in de bovenste behuizing bevestigd. We raden je aan de lijm te verhitten zodat het makkelijker is de batterij te verwijderen.

Verwarm een iOpener of gebruik een föhn om de lijm onder de batterij te verhitten.

Als je gebruik maakt van een föhn raden we je aan deze in te stellen op de laagste temperatuursinstelling en de lijm telkens slechts enkele seconden per keer te verhitten. Zo voorkom je dat je de plastic behuizing beschadigt.
