Hintergrund der Blockade

  • Die Große Frage ist nun warum die Brühgruppe blockiert war und wie man das in Zukunft vermeidet.

  • Eine Möglichkeit ist dass die Welle die Motor und Brühgruppe verbindet and der Stelle wo sie im Gehäuse liegt leicht aufgequollen ist.

  • Die Welle kann nur entnommen werden wenn die Motorbox geöffnet wurde, siehe zuvor die optionalen Schritte. Bevor man die Welle entnimmt von beiden Seiten der Maschine ein Foto machen. Die Welle kann von Seite des Motors abgezogen werden.

  • An der rot markierten Stelle mit etwas Sandpapier den Kunststoff runterschleifen.

  • Es ist nicht unbedingt sichtbar mit dem Auge ob es wirklich aufgequollen ist. Bei entfernter Brühgruppe und entkoppelten Motor mal per Hand die Welle drehen. Sie sollte relativ leicht zu drehen sein.

Background to the blockage

The big question now is why the brew group was blocked and how to avoid this in the future.

One possibility is that the shaft connecting the motor and the brew group is slightly thicker at the point where it lies in the housing.

The shaft can only be removed if the motor box has been opened, see the optional steps above. Before removing the shaft, take a photo of both sides of the machine. The shaft can be removed from the motor side.

Sand down the plastic at the point marked in red with some sandpaper.

It is not necessarily visible to the eye whether it is really thicker. With the brew group removed and the motor decoupled, turn the shaft by hand. It should be relatively easy to turn.
