  • Es könnte sein dass beim Öffnen diverse Teile herausfallen. Insbesondere kann es sein dass eine der Achsen im Deckel steckt.

  • Ebenfalls bitte darauf achten dass die kleinen Kugeln (rote Markierung) vorhanden sind.

  • Das orange markierte Zahnrad abziehen.

  • Der Motor ist von der Brüheinheit entkoppelt, nun sollte sich die Brüheinheit bewegen lassen.

Various parts may fall out when opening. In particular, one of the axles may get stuck in the cover.

Also make sure that the small balls (red marking) are present.

Remove the gear wheel marked in orange.

The motor is now decoupled from the brewing unit and it should be possible to move the brewing unit.
