Iron the patch

  • Place the glue side of the badge against the fabric. This is often shiny, or with a different pattern.

  • Take care: If the patch is upside-down, the glue will melt directly to your iron and the patch will get stuck to it.

  • Preheat your iron to the maximum heat setting, suitable for your clothing item. Check the composition label for guidance and then adjust the iron accordingly.

  • Gently press the iron onto the cloth-covered patch, applying even pressure.

  • Move the iron in circular motions for about 15-30 seconds.

Strijk de patch

Plaats de lijmkant van de patch tegen de stof. Deze kant is vaak glanzend of heeft een ander patroon.

Let op: Als de patch verkeerd om ligt, smelt de lijm direct op je strijkijzer en zal de patch eraan vastkleven.

Verwarm je strijkijzer voor op de maximale hitte-instelling die geschikt is voor het kledingstuk. Raadpleeg het samenstellingslabel voor richtlijnen en pas het strijkijzer hierop aan.

Druk het strijkijzer voorzichtig op de met stof bedekte patch en oefen gelijkmatige druk uit.

Beweeg het strijkijzer in cirkelvormige bewegingen gedurende ongeveer 15-30 seconden.
