Alternate method to remove the battery

  • If you removed both stretch release adhesive strips, congratulations—you can now remove the battery! If not, follow the next three steps to remove it with isopropyl alcohol and a plastic card.

  • Prop up the right edge of the phone (the side with the volume buttons).

  • Use a pipette or syringe to apply a few drops of highly-concentrated isopropyl alcohol (over 90%) to the inside edge of the battery.

  • Prop up the top edge of the phone and repeat this for the upper edge of the battery.

  • Wait one minute for the isopropyl alcohol to flow under the battery and soften the adhesive.

Método alternativo para retirar la batería

Si retiraste ambas tiras adhesivas, ¡enhorabuena! ¡Ya puedes retirar la batería! Si no es así, sigue los tres pasos siguientes para retirarla con alcohol isopropílico y una tarjeta de plástico.

Levanta el borde derecho del teléfono (el lado donde se encuentran los botones de volumen).

Usa una pipeta o jeringa para aplicar unas gotas de alcohol isopropílico de alta concentración (más del 90 %) en el borde interior de la batería.

Levanta el borde superior del teléfono y repite el proceso con el borde superior de la batería.

Espera un minuto para que el alcohol isopropílico fluya por debajo de la batería y ablande el adhesivo.
