Remove the stretch release adhesive

  • Use your blunt nose tweezers to grip the entire length of an adhesive strip's pull tab.

  • Twist your tweezers to roll the adhesive strip over itself and pull it slowly, evenly, and at a low angle out from under the battery.

  • Give the strip plenty of time to stretch. Avoid dragging it over cables or components as you pull.

  • If you're using your fingers, re-grip the strip often to avoid it stretching unevenly and tearing.

  • Repeat for the other strip.

  • If a strip breaks off, try to retrieve it from under the battery. If you can't retrieve it, don't worry! Move on to the next step for an alternate method.

Retira el adhesivo de liberación elástica.

Usa las pinzas de punta roma para sujetar la lengüeta de la tira adhesiva en toda su longitud.

Gira las pinzas para enrollar la tira adhesiva sobre sí misma y tira de ella lenta, uniformemente y en un ángulo bajo desde debajo de la batería.

Deja que la tira se estire. Evita arrastrarla sobre cables o componentes al tirar.

Si usas los dedos, vuelve a sujetar la tira con frecuencia para evitar que se estire de forma desigual y se rompa.

Repite el procedimiento con la otra tira.

Si una tira se rompe, intenta recuperarla de debajo de la batería. Si no puedes recuperarla, ¡no te preocupes! Continúa con el siguiente paso para obtener un método alternativo.
