Remove the seven screws on the top, four can be seen in the picture, and there are three similar screws on the opposite side.

Remove the rubber cover, then loosen the two internal phillips screws to release the fan and heating wire.

Pry open the two knobs (they are plugged in), you can see two screws on each side, unscrew them to remove the gear switch and temperature switch.

Unscrew these two screws to separate the upper and lower parts.

As shown at the bottom, just unscrew all the phillips screws.
