Insert an opening pick

  • While holding down the corners of the iPad, repeatedly pull up on the screen, then ease it back down to weaken the adhesive. This will eventually create a small gap in the seam.

  • If the edge cools down during the pulling process, reheat the edge with an iOpener before proceeding.

  • Once you've created a small gap, insert the tip of an opening pick into the gap.

  • Don't insert your opening pick deeper than 3–4 mm, or you risk permanently damaging the display panel.

Inserisci un plettro di apertura

Mentre tieni fermi gli angoli dell'iPad, tira lo schermo verso l'alto e poi rilascialo ripetutamente, per indebolire l'adesivo. Questo creerà un fessura nella giuntura.

Se il bordo si raffredda durante il processo di estrazione, scalda di nuovo il bordo con un iOpener prima di procedere.

Dopo che hai creato una piccola fessura, inserisci la punta di un plettro di apertura nella fessura.

Non inserire il plettro di apertura più di 3-4 mm di profondità, o rischi di danneggiare permanentemente il pannello del display.
