Insert an opening pick

  • While holding down the corners of the iPad, repeatedly pull up on the screen, then ease it back down to weaken the adhesive. This will eventually create a small gap in the seam.

  • If the edge cools down during the pulling process, reheat the edge with an iOpener before proceeding.

  • Once you've created a small gap, insert the tip of an opening pick into the gap.

  • Don't insert your opening pick deeper than 3–4 mm, or you risk permanently damaging the display panel.

Insertar una púa de apertura

Mientras mantienes presionadas las esquinas del iPad, tira repetidamente de la pantalla hacia arriba y luego bájala suavemente para debilitar el adhesivo. Esto creará un pequeño espacio en la unión.

Si el borde se enfría al tirar, caliéntalo de nuevo con un iOpener antes de continuar.

Una vez que hayas creado un pequeño espacio, inserta la punta de una púa de apertura en él.

No introduzcas la púa de apertura más de 3 o 4 mm de profundidad, ya que podrías dañar permanentemente la pantalla.
