Blow air into the USB-C port

  • Don't use your mouth to blow into your USB-C port, as the moisture from your breath can damage the contacts.

  • Insert the tip of a dust blower, or the nozzle of compressed air, at one corner of the port.

  • This gives room for any debris to eject out of the port.

  • Blow a few puffs of air into the port.

  • Plug in your device to check if it works and if the connector is fully seated.

  • If your device isn't working or seats properly, unplug it and repeat the blowing process.

  • If your device still doesn't work or sits properly after multiple repetitions, move to the next step.

Blaas lucht in de USB-C-poort

Gebruik niet je mond om in de USB-C-poort te blazen, omdat het vocht uit je adem de contacten kan beschadigen.

Steek de punt van een stofblazer, of het mondstuk van een persluchtspuitbus, in een hoek van de poort.

Hiermee kan eventueel vuil uit de poort verwijderd worden.

Blaas een paar keer lucht in de poort.

Sluit het apparaat aan om te controleren of het werkt en of de connector goed op zijn plaats zit.

Als het apparaat niet goed werkt of de aansluiting niet goed lijkt te zitten, haal dan de stekker eruit en herhaal het blaasproces.

Als het apparaat na meerdere herhalingen nog steeds niet werkt, ga dan naar de volgende stap.
