Remove big chunks of corrosion

  • Use a toothbrush or anti‑static brush to gently remove any bigger chunks of corrosion from the battery terminals and battery recess.

  • Use the point of a spudger to pick out any bits that are stuck.

  • Pick around the batteries, and not at the batteries themselves.

  • Flip your device over and gently shake out the loose corrosion and debris.

  • Dispose of the corrosion and debris in the trash.

Enlever les gros morceaux d'oxydation

Utilisez une brosse à dents ou une brosse antistatique pour éliminer délicatement les gros morceaux d'oxydation des contacts et du compartiment des piles.

Utilisez la pointe d'une spatule (spudger) pour retirer les morceaux qui sont coincés.

Il faut faire appuyer autour des piles, et non pas sur les piles elles-mêmes.

Retournez votre appareil et secouez délicatement pour faire sortir l'oxydation et les débris qui se sont détachés.

Jetez l'oxydation et les débris à la poubelle.
