Test the start winding

  • This step will require a multimeter. If you aren't familiar with how to use one, here is a guide that will help you.

  • Disconnect the wire that is connected to the start winding that you located on the schematic. On this machine, it is aligned with terminal 3.

  • Measure the resistance from the start winding wire to the common terminal shared between the start and run windings. Use the lowest resistance setting (usually Rx1) on your multimeter if you need to set it manually.

  • The value should be 2–5 Ω. If it's outside that range or OL, the motor is defective and needs to be replaced.

스타트 와인딩 테스트하기

회로도에서 찾은 스타트 와인딩에 연결된 배선을 연결 해제하세요. 이 기기에서는 단자 3에 정렬되어 있습니다.

스타트 와인딩 와이어에서 스타트 와인딩과 런 와인딩이 공유하는 공통 단자까지의 저항을 측정하세요. 수동으로 설정해야 하는 경우 멀티미터에서 가장 낮은 저항 설정(일반적으로 Rx1)을 사용하세요.

값은 2~5Ω이어야 하며, 이 범위를 벗어나거나 OL인 경우 모터에 결함이 있는 것이므로 교체해야 합니다.
