Disconnect the heating element

  • Disconnect the spade connectors attached to the heating element.

  • Note the locations of the spade connectors.

  • Pull on the connectors and not the wires themselves.

  • If you are just replacing the heating element and don't need to test it, you can skip the next two steps.

Déconnecter la résistance sèche-linge

Débranchez les cosses à fourche attachées à la résistance.

Notez l'emplacement des cosses.

Tirez sur les cosses et non sur les câbles eux-mêmes.

Si vous remplacez juste la résistance et que vous n'avez pas besoin de la tester, vous pouvez sauter les deux étapes suivantes.
