Soften the top edge adhesive

  • The screen is strongly adhered to the frame, has no clips, and resists flexing. It requires significant heat to soften the adhesive underneath.

  • Use a hair dryer, heat gun, or hot plate to heat the top edge of the screen until it's almost too hot to touch.

  • Be careful not to overheat the phone—the battery and plastic components are susceptible to heat damage. Stop heating if the frame becomes too hot to touch.

Verwarm de lijm aan de bovenkant

Het scherm is stevig op het frame bevestigd, bevat geen klemmen is niet zomaar los te wrikken. Daarom moet je de lijm stevig verhitten om de lijm te verzwakken.

Je kunt hiervoor een föhn of een heteluchtpistool gebruiken. Verwarm de bovenkant van het scherm tot het net iets te warm is om comfortabel aan te raken.

Wees voorzichtig en voorkom dat je je telefoon oververhit. De batterij en de plastic onderdelen zijn erg kwetsbaar, dus als je het te veel verhit riskeer je je toestel te beschadigen.
