Replacing the central battery cage

  • Disconnect a very small connector on each side. (These are for the sounder).

  • On reassembly, ensure tht the black and white twister wires are fed behind the bracket as shown in the photo.

  • Remove a long screw on each side.

  • Remove a short screw on each side. (Ensure that it is indeed the short screw that you use here on reassembly.)

  • The two circuit boards at right angles should now lift off.

  • The two circuit boards at right angles are joined by a heat pipe. Take care not to bend this as you may cause irreparable damage.

  • There is also a sounder on each side which must be prised off and refitted to the new central frame. Again, take care to correctly route the cable.

Scollegare un piccolo connettore da ogni lato. (Questi sono per il segnalatore acustico).

Al momento del riassemblaggio, assicurarsi che i fili di torsione bianco e nero siano alimentati dietro la staffa come mostrato nella foto.

Rimuovere una lunga vite su ogni lato.

Rimuovere una vite corta su ogni lato. (Assicurarsi che sia effettivamente la vite corta che si utilizza qui per il riassemblaggio.)

Le due schede a circuiti integrati ad angolo retto dovrebbero ora sollevarsi.

Le due schede a circuiti integrati ad angolo retto sono unite da un tubo di calore. Fare attenzione a non piegare questo come si può causare danni irreparabili.

Vi è anche un sirene su ogni lato che deve essere tolto e adattato al nuovo telaio centrale. Ancora una volta, fare attenzione a indirizzare correttamente il cavo.
