Check the repair with a multimeter

  • Connect the red (positive) probe to the Voltage and Resistance Socket.

  • Connect the black (negative) probe to the Common/Ground Socket.

  • Set the multimeter knob for continuity testing. This is typically labeled with diode/audio symbols.

  • As shown in the photo, the multimeter will read "OL" if the steps above have been followed properly.

  • To ensure the functionality of the multimeter, touch the two probes together and an audible beeping sound should be emitted.

Comprueba la reparación con un multímetro

Conecta la sonda roja (positiva) al zócalo de tensión y resistencia.

Conecta la sonda negra (negativa) al zócalo Común/Tierra.

Ajusta el mando del multímetro para la prueba de continuidad. Normalmente está marcado con símbolos de diodo/audio.

Como se muestra en la foto, el multímetro indicará "OL" si se han seguido correctamente los pasos anteriores.

Para asegurarte de la funcionalidad del multímetro, toca las dos sondas entre sí y se emitirá un pitido audible.
