  • Disconnect any wire connections away from the mouse's circuit board.

  • Be careful disconnecting the ribbon cable labeled AWM 20706, as you might not be able to reconnect it without damaging the pins, later on.

  • Locate the scroll wheel placed in the gap of the mouse's backing.

  • My scroll wheel was crooked, most likely causing my issue.

  • Gently lift the scroll wheel mechanism out of the mouse's backing.

Stecke jegliche Kabel an der Platine der Maus aus.

Passe beim Abstecken des Flachbandkabels mit der Aufschrift AWM 20706 besonders gut auf, da du später sonst vielleicht nicht in der Lage bist, es wieder einzustecken, ohne dabei die Pins zu beschädigen.

Suche das Scrollrad, das in einem Spalt auf der Rückseite der Maus liegt.

Mein Scrollrad war verbogen, was wahrscheinlich meine Probleme verursacht hat.

Hebe sachte die Baugruppe des Scrollrades aus der Rückseite der Maus heraus.
