How to replace a Euro Cylinder in a Mortise Lock

Remove the cylinder

Insert the key and turn it to about 20° to the right (or left) to release the cylinder from the lock insert.
If you don’t have the old key or the cylinder doesn’t work anymore you can give this guide a try.
Pull out the old cylinder.
