Remove The Beater Housing

  • Almost all components, save the suction motor, must be loosened or removed to extract the housing.

  • The beater bar housing is held in by the hidden screw beneath the center daughterboard, as well as one screw from each of the wheel wells.

  • After removing surrounding components, lift up on the motor housing (outlined in blue) and allow it to hinge back towards the dust bin area, pivoting on the 135-degree area.

  • Once the housing for the two internal hinges for the beater bar are free, slide the beater bar housing up and out of the case towards the front.

  • The beater bar housing has a thin rubber dust funnel. Take care not to damage this rubber component.

Entferne das Gehäuse der Gummiwalze

Um das Gummiwalzengehäuse herauszunehmen, müssen fast alle Komponenten, außer der Saugmotor, gelöst oder ausgebaut werden

Das Gummiwalzengehäuse wird durch eine versteckte Schraube unter der mittleren Tochterplatine, sowie durch jeweils eine Schraube, in jedem Radkasten, befestigt.

Nachdem du alle umliegenden Komponente ausgebaut hast, kannst du das blau umrandete Motorgehäuse anheben und es nach hinten in Richtung des Staubbehälters um ca. 135° klappen.

Nachdem die beiden internen Scharniere für die Gummiwalze frei sind, kannst du das Gummiwalzengehäuse anheben und es aus dem Gehäuse in Richtung Front entnehmen.

Das Gummiwalzengehäuse verfügt über einen dünnen Staubtrichter aus Gummi. Achte darauf, dass du diesen nicht beschädigst.
