Remove The Side Brushes

  • This step is required to repair the side brushes or beater bar motor. It can be skipped in most other repairs.

  • Remove the two silver 10mm screws holding each side brush motor.

  • It is usually possible to remove these screws without detatching all of the wires from the motherboard, but after unscrewing the motherboard and lifting it gently over its centering pegs.

  • Unplug each motor from the motherboard, if necessary, and remove.

Entferne die Seitenbürsten

Dieser Schritt ist notwendig, um die Seitenbürsten oder den Gummiwalzenmotor zu ersetzen. Du kannst ihn für die meisten anderen Reparaturen auslassen.

Entferne die beiden silbernen 10-mm-Schrauben, mit denen jeder Seitenbürstenmotor jeweils befestigt ist.

Im Normalfall ist es möglich, diese Schrauben zu lösen, ohne dass du alle Kabel von der Hauptplatine lösen musst, indem du die Hauptplatine abschraubst und sie vorsichtig über die Zentrierstifte hebst.

Stecke, falls nötig, beide Motoren an der Hauptplatine aus und nehme sie heraus.
