Unfasten the freezer door

Hold the door while performing the next two steps to avoid the door from accidentally falling.
Use a 3/16 inch Allen wrench to remove the two 19.3 mm-long screws securing the freezer door.
The Torx screws are for alignment and don't need to be removed.
