remove center pulley assembly

Make sure the drill press is turned off and the power cord is unplugged.
Loosen tension set screws (on both sides) and make sure tension pulling handle is pushed left.
Remove the v-band from the pulley.
Pull the center pulley towards the front, adding slack to the other v-band, and pull the pulley assembly up from the head.
