Clean the watch frame

  • The following steps show how to apply new display adhesive with the display already installed. If you're installing a new screen or removed your screen jump to Step 6 of this guide.

  • Apply a little bit of isopropyl alcohol (>90%) to a cotton swab, or Q-tip (or use a cleaning pad) and gently remove the old adhesive on top of the watch frame.

  • To remove the adhesive on the side with the display cables, gently lay the display on the frame.

  • Avoid straining or tearing the display cables.

Nettoyer le cadre de la montre

Les étapes suivantes montrent comment appliquer un nouvel adhésif sur l'écran déjà installé. Si vous installez un nouvel écran ou si vous avez retiré votre écran, passez à l'étape 6 de ce tuto.

Appliquez un peu d'alcool isopropylique (> 90 %) sur un coton-tige (ou utilisez une lingette de nettoyage) et retirez délicatement l'ancien adhésif sur le dessus du cadre de la montre.

Pour retirer l'adhésif du côté où se trouvent les nappes de l'écran, posez délicatement l'écran sur le cadre.

Évitez de tendre et de déchirer les nappes de l'écran.
