Remove the battery

  • Use a pair of tweezers or your fingers to remove the battery.

  • Don't accidentally poke or slice the battery with any sharp tools. A punctured battery may leak dangerous chemicals or catch fire.

  • Never reuse a deformed or damaged battery—it's a fire hazard. Replace it with a new battery.

  • To install a new battery:

  • Use tweezers or your fingers to remove the old adhesive from the frame.

  • Use high-concentration isopropyl alcohol (>90%) and a lint-free cloth to remove any remaining adhesive residue.

  • If your replacement battery isn‘t already equipped with adhesive, apply thin, double-sided tape such as Tesa Tape directly to the battery recess where the old adhesive was.

  • Lay the replacement battery in its recess and press down firmly to secure it.

Akku entfernen

Entferne den Akku mit einer Pinzette oder deinen Fingern.

Beschädige den Akku nicht versehentlich mit deinem Werkzeug. Aus einem beschädigten Akku können gefährliche Chemikalien austreten oder er kann in Brand geraten.

Verwende niemals einen verformten oder beschädigten Akku, das ist ein Sicherheitsrisiko. Baue einen neuen ein.

So wird der neue Akku wieder eingebaut:

Entferne alle Kleberreste mit den Fingern oder einer Pinzette vom Rahmen.

Beseitige alle Spuren mit hochkonzentriertem Isopropylalkohol (mindestens 90%ig) und einem fusselfreien Tuch.

Wenn dein Ersatzakku nicht mit einem Klebestreifen versehen ist, dann bringe dünnes doppelseitiges Klebeband, z.B. Tesaband im Akkufach an der Stelle an, wo er vorher auch schon war.

Lege den Akku ins Akkufach und drücke ihn gut fest.
