Remove the display assembly

  • Keep a firm grip on both the display and main body of the MacBook. Either half can fall unexpectedly during this step.

  • Push both halves of the MacBook together so that the hinge brackets can be lifted clear of their recesses in the chassis.

  • Push the main body of the MacBook away from you while pulling the display toward you to separate it.

  • Remove the display assembly, being careful not to snag it on any cables.

  • During reassembly:

  • Install the hinge screws loosely and adjust the display until each hinge is centered. Finally, tighten down the screws.

  • If your display clicks or snaps when opening or closing, loosen the hinge screws and adjust the alignment. Make sure the display assembly doesn't sit too far forward, or it can catch on the chassis edge when opening and closing.

Retira el conjunto de pantalla

Mantén un agarre firme en la pantalla y el cuerpo principal de la MacBook. Cualquier parte puede caer inesperadamente durante este paso.

Empuja ambas mitades del MacBook juntas para que los soportes de bisagras puedan ser levantados de sus ranuras en el chasis.

Empuja el cuerpo principal de la MacBook lejos de tu mientras jalas la pantalla hacia ti para separarlo.

Retira el conjunto de pantalla, ten cuidado de no enganchar en algún cable.

Durante el reensamble:

Coloca los tornillos de las bisagras de manera floja y ajusta el display hasta que cada bisagra este centrada. Finalmente, aprieta los tornillos.

Si tu pantalla hace click o chasquea cuando se abre o cierra, afloja los tornillos de bisagra y ajusta la alineación. Asegúrate que el conjunto de pantalla no esté tan adelante, o pueda quedar atrapado en el borde del chasis cuando abras o cierres.
