Remove the right-hand vibration motor

Hold the midframe up to make sure the vibration motor isn't resting on your work surface.
Press the flat end of your spudger into the midframe opening against the right-hand vibration motor.
Push to release the adhesive securing the vibration motor to the midframe.
If the adhesive is too strong, apply heat or 90% isopropyl alcohol to the back of the midframe to soften it.
During reassembly, apply some pre-cut adhesive to the new vibration motor to bond it to the midframe.
