Insert an opening pick

Once the display is hot to the touch, apply a suction handle to the bottom of the display as close to the edge as possible.
If your display is badly cracked, covering it with a layer of clear packing tape may allow the suction cup to adhere. Alternatively, very strong tape may be used instead of the suction handle. If all else fails, you can superglue the suction cup to the display.
Pull up on the suction handle with a strong, steady force to create a small gap between the display and the frame.
The display adhesive is very strong, so this may take multiple attempts. If you're having trouble, reheat the display and try again.
Insert an opening pick into the gap between the frame and the display.
Do not insert more than 3 mm of the pick to avoid damaging the display ribbon cable.
