Use your fingers to slowly peel the antenna cables from the right side of the midframe.
If you're having trouble separating the adhesive, apply a heated iOpener for 30 seconds and try again.
During reassembly, align the top end of the antenna cables so that they extend just out of their grooves near the motherboard.
There is a groove on the inner right side of the midframe for the cables. Make sure they are in the groove before reinstalling the adhesive securing them to the midframe.
