To make sure your wig is fully moisturized, add shampoo before and after putting the synthetic wig in the container.
Apply the hair shampoo of your choice into the container.
If using a bottle with a pump, apply 5-7 pumps of shampoo to the water. If using a squeeze bottle, count to 5 seconds while pouring shampoo into the water.
Mix shampoo into the water thoroughly.
