Remove the adhesive residue

  • Before you install a new battery:

  • Remove all adhesive residue from the iPad frame. Use isopropyl alcohol and a spudger to scrape off any adhesive chunks. Wipe away the adhesive residue with a lint-free cloth.

  • If there's any alcohol solution remaining in the iPad, carefully wipe it off or allow it to air dry.

  • Be sure that the iPad frame surface is completely clean and free of debris. An uneven surface can press into the replacement battery, resulting in premature battery failure.

Eliminar los restos de adhesivo

Antes de instalar una batería nueva:

Elimina todos los restos de adhesivo del marco del iPad. Utiliza alcohol isopropílico y un spudger para raspar los trozos de adhesivo. Limpia los restos de adhesivo con un paño que no suelte pelusa.

Si queda algún resto de solución alcohólica en el iPad, límpialo con cuidado o deja que se seque al aire.

Asegúrate de que la superficie del marco del iPad está completamente limpia y libre de residuos. Una superficie irregular puede presionar la batería de repuesto y provocar un fallo prematuro de la misma.
