Insert an opening pick

  • While holding down the corners of the iPad, repeatedly pull up on the screen, then ease it back down to weaken the adhesive. This will eventually create a small gap in the seam.

  • If the edge cools down during the pulling process, reheat the edge with an iOpener before proceeding.

  • Once you've created a small gap, insert the tip of an opening pick into the gap.

  • Don't insert your opening pick deeper than 3–4 mm, or you risk permanently damaging the display panel.

Insérer un médiator

Tout en maintenant les coins de l'iPad enfoncés, tirez plusieurs fois sur l'écran, puis relâchez-le pour affaiblir l'adhésif. Cela finira par créer un petit espace sur le bord.

Si le bord refroidit pendant ce processus, réchauffez-le avec un iOpener avant de continuer.

Une fois que vous avez créé un petit espace, insérez la pointe d'un médiator dans l'espace.

N'insérez pas votre médiator à une profondeur supérieure à 3 à 4 mm, sinon vous risquez d'endommager définitivement l'écran.
