Insert an opening pick

  • Once the screen is warm to touch, apply a suction handle to the top edge of the screen and as close to the edge as possible.

  • If your screen is badly cracked, covering it with a layer of clear packing tape may allow the suction cup to adhere. Alternatively, very strong tape may be used instead of the suction handle. If all else fails, you can superglue the suction cup to the screen.

  • Lift the screen with the suction handle to create a small gap between the screen and the frame.

  • Insert an opening pick into the gap between the midframe and the screen, to the right side of the earpiece speaker cut-out.

  • Leave the opening pick in place to prevent the adhesive from resealing.

  • Don't try to move this opening pick to the top right corner of the screen. There's a plastic pin on its rear side holding the display in position and blocking the way of the opening pick.

Inserta una púa de apertura

Una vez que la pantalla este caliente al tacto, aplica un mango de succión al borde superior de la pantalla y tan cerca al borde como sea posible.

Si tu pantalla esta muy rota, cubrirla con una capa de cinta de embalaje transparente puede permitir que la ventosa de succión se adhiera. De manera alterna, cinta muy fuerte puede ser usada en vez de un mango de succión. Si todo lo demás falla, puedes pegar la ventosa de succión a la pantalla con pegamento.

Levanta la pantalla con el mango de succión para crear un pequeño hueco entre la pantalla y el marco.

Inserta una púa de apertura en el hueco entre el marco central y la pantalla, al lado derecho de la ranura de la bocina.

Deja la púa de apertura en su lugar para prevenir que el adhesivo reselle.

No intentes mover la púa a la esquina superior derecha de la pantalla. Hay un pin plástico en el lado trasero que mantiene el display en posición y bloquea el camino de la púa de apertura.
