Prepare New Battery Circuit Board

  • Remove the kapton tape securing the new battery's circuit board

  • Use a soldering iron to remove the attached wires from the circuit board's pads

  • Use a soldering iron and some soldering wick to clean up the pads

  • Add some fresh solder to the pads and solder two thin, flexible wires to the positive and negative tabs of the circuit board

  • Please take note of the wires' orientation. As you'll have to wrap the wires around the battery to fit the battery and wires into the case, solder them at an angle to make your life easier

Prepara il circuito stampato della nuova batteria

Rimuovi il nastro kapton che fissa il circuito stampato della nuova batteria

Usa un saldatore per rimuovere dai pad del circuito stampato i cavi attaccati

Usa un saldatore e uno stoppino dissaldante per pulire i pad

Aggiungi della nuova saldatura ai pad e salda due fili flessibili e sottili alle alette positiva e negativa del circuito stampato

Per favore stai attento alla posizione dei cavi. Siccome dovrai avvolgere i fili attorno alla batteria per far entrare la batteria e i cavi nel case, saldali inclinati per renderti tutto più facile
