Prepare New Battery Circuit Board

  • Remove the kapton tape securing the new battery's circuit board

  • Use a soldering iron to remove the attached wires from the circuit board's pads

  • Use a soldering iron and some soldering wick to clean up the pads

  • Add some fresh solder to the pads and solder two thin, flexible wires to the positive and negative tabs of the circuit board

  • Please take note of the wires' orientation. As you'll have to wrap the wires around the battery to fit the battery and wires into the case, solder them at an angle to make your life easier

Prepara una nueva boa del circuito de batería

Quita la cinta Kapton que sujeta la placa de circuito de la nueva batería.

Utiliza un soldador para quitar los cables conectados a las almohadillas de la placa de circuito.

Utiliza un soldador y un poco de mecha de soldadura para limpiar las almohadillas.

Agrega un poco de soldadura nueva a las almohadillas y suelde dos cables delgados y flexibles a las pestañas positiva y negativa de la placa de circuito.

Toma nota de la orientación de los cables. Como tendrás que enrollar los cables alrededor de la batería para encajar la batería y los cables en la carcasa, suéldalos en ángulo para hacerte la vida más fácil.
