Remove the old graphics card

  • Power off the PC, and disconnect the power cable from the tower.

  • Open the side panel on the PC.

  • Some panels have clips that are easy to unlatch, and others have screws that need loosening. Only the panel that gives access to the components needs removing.

  • Remove the screw(s) holding the graphics card into the slot.

  • Unclip and remove any power cables connected to the GPU.

  • Release the PCI-e slot tabs that hold the GPU in place.

  • You may have to unlock it to release the card.

Retirer l'ancienne carte graphique

Mettez l'ordinateur hors tension et débranchez le câble d'alimentation de la tour.

Ouvrez le panneau latéral de l'ordinateur.

Certains panneaux sont munis de clips faciles à déverrouiller, d'autres sont munis de vis qu'il faut desserrer. Seul le panneau qui donne accès aux composants doit être retiré.

Retirez la ou les vis qui maintiennent la carte graphique dans l'emplacement.

Détachez et retirez tous les câbles d'alimentation connectés au GPU.

Relâcher les languettes de l'emplacement PCI-e qui maintiennent le GPU en place.

Il se peut que vous deviez le déverrouiller pour libérer la carte.
